I've decided I need to seriously cut back on nuts. I'm going to make low fat salad dressings and try to make lower fat and less nut heavy dinners. I did better today.
Breakfast:
Oatmeal, apple, 1 tbs walnuts, 1 date
Lunch:
Large salad, beans, fat free dressing, veggies
Banana
Dinner:
Baked Beans
Roasted sweet potatoes
1/2 lb steamed kale
Dessert:
Chocolate cherry ice cream
